At Age By Design, we value transparency and want every client to feel informed and confident in their care. Our refund policy is designed to reflect the nature of personalized medical and wellness services, which require careful preparation and dedicated time.
Refund Policy
Services Rendered:
Due to the customized, clinical nature of our treatments—including IV hydration, peptide therapy, weight management consultations, and aesthetic procedures—all services provided are non-refundable once rendered. This policy ensures we maintain the highest standards of care, allocate professional time appropriately, and comply with medical best practices.
Prepaid Packages and Deposits:
Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduled services if adequate notice is given (see cancellation policy below). Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible service at the discretion of the provider, unless otherwise required by law.
Product Sales:
All retail product sales (including skincare or supplements) are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products.
Exceptional Circumstances:
We are committed to fairness and quality care. Any requests for consideration outside of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 48 hours of notice to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
